Backgammon is a board puzzle game for one or two players, where the goal is to be the first to remove all of your pieces from the board. In single-player mode, you compete against the computer at a difficulty level of your choice. In the multiplayer version, you’ll face another player whose skill level is similar to yours. Skill levels are determined based on a player rating, which is calculated from the number of wins and losses.
Backgammon is a two-player board game where the goal is to move all your checkers into your home board and bear them off before your opponent. Players take turns rolling two dice and moving checkers based on the rolled numbers. Each die represents a separate move that can be used by one or two checkers. In short backgammon, single checkers can be hit and sent to the bar. In long backgammon, hitting is not allowed and you cannot move to any point occupied by the opponent. The first player to bear off all checkers wins.
